Dana Harari, Ph.D.

Assistant Professor of Management

Technion - Israel Institute of Technology

My research focuses on well-being and the mechanisms within and outside of work that drive performance and well-being at work and life. My research examines questions of importance and interest for researchers and managers alike from several vantage points and employs diverse methodological approaches. To date, these methodological approaches span across quantitative and qualitative, research reviews, meta-analyses, and utilize diverse statistical methodologies such as time-lagged field studies, field experiments, laboratory experiments, daily diary studies, and other multilevel methods (e.g., experience sampling, growth modeling).

I completed my B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion (2011) and my Ph.D. in Management from Georgia Tech (2019). Prior to starting the Technion, I held an academic position as a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Pennsylvania, the Wharton School of Business in the Management Department.
